During your travels (national and / or international), you may have been exposed to the COVID-19 disease. They may feel fine and have no symptoms, but they may be contagious without symptoms and spread the virus to others.
Take these actions to protect others and prevent them from getting sick:

When in the midst of others, keep at least 2 meters (a length of about 2 arms) away from other people who are not members of your family. It is important to do it everywhere, both indoors and outdoors.

Wear a face mask to cover your nose and mouth when out and about.
(3) Washing hands:

Clean your hand by washing them with soap or use a sanitizer.
(4) Keep your health checked:

Pay attention to the symptoms of COVID-19. Take your temperature if you feel bad.
(5) Follow trip recommendations:

Follow the state, territorial, community and local recommendations and requirements after your trip.
(6) Avoid Higher risk activities:
Some types of travel and activities may involve a greater risk of exposure to COVID-19 .
Stay at home as much as possible if you think that you have participated at any high risk Activity. At least for 14 days.
Avoid being in contact with people who are at increased risk of severe COVID-19 disease.
Consider getting tested for COVID-19.
Which activities are considered the highest risk?
Here are some examples of activities and situations that can increase your risk of exposure to COVID-19:
Be in an area that is experiencing high levels of COVID-19 spread, including destinations with a Level 3 Travel Health Alert. Can check Travel Health Alerts for recommendations on places you have traveled to, including foreign countries and territories of the United States. It can also check states, counties and cities to identify whether those areas are experiencing high levels of COVID-19 spread.
Going to a large gathering of people such as a wedding, funeral or party.

Participate in mass gatherings such as a sporting event, concert or parade.

Travel on a cruise ship or river boat.
If you know you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, postpone further travel. Even without symptoms, it can spread COVID-19 to other people on your trip.
If you get sick with a fever, cough, or other symptoms of COVID-19: after travel,Stay home and take other precautions. Avoid contact with others until it is safe for you to end home isolation.
Do not travel if you are sick.
Keep in touch with your doctor it will help them protect themselves and other patients from COVID-19.
If you have a warning sign of an emergency (including breathing difficulties), seek emergency medical attention immediately.
If you live in close contact with others, take extra precautions to protect them.
